Michael Erisman

Human Resource Manager

Michael is a Human Resources Professional and has led HR organizations at GE, Pepsi, Qwest, H&R Block and is currently a senior director at Microsoft. He has a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from Radford University in Virginia, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.  Michael has experience with many non-profit organizations including board and trustee positions at Youthbiz, Inc, Alternatives Pregnancy Centers, and Olive Crest. Michael has a passion for using his organizational development experience and education in psychology and behavioral sciences to help organizations make a difference to others.
