Below is a news story about Eva and her husband:

Los pajaros de la mina (Birds in a Mine) film to be released December 2010. Eva was given the opportunity to offer her advisement on the film:

“On November 2009 I was interviewed on Carne Cruda, a Spanish radio program, to talk about Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and one of the listeners of the program, the videographer Víctor Moreno, was so impressed that he quickly contacted me to say that he wanted to make a short film about MCS to help us to spread this terrible disease and he asked my opinion and if I wanted to collaborate with them. Obviously I told him that they could count on me for what they want” said Eva.

Thank you for posting this news. I can never seem to find enough words to describe what it’s like to have chemical triggered migraines. Always there are more questions, and even when I’m at my most articulate, I can never seem to fully communicate the pain, isolation, and frustration that come with knowing when I go out to perform the simplest of errands, my body may react to something like it’s poison. Thanks to this film, I’ll be able to show people what the effects look like. A picture is worth a thousand words they say. And I say that a well made one is worth more. Even the trailer speaks volumes.

  2. This is fantastic news. I have MCS and Fibromyalgia and it’s SO difficult to get family and friends to understand what I’m going thru. And doctors!!
I’m delighted that this movie will be shown soon. The trailer is impressive. I hope the movie comes to Argentina, where I live.
Thanks to everybody who worked on this project.
    Sylvia
